Job Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers via phone to collect required information based on assigned projects.

  • Follow project-specific scripts and guidelines while communicating with customers.

  • Accurately record customer responses and update information in the CRM or reporting system.

  • Verify customer details to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

  • Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-friendly communication style.

  • Meet daily call and data collection targets while maintaining quality standards.

  • Ensure confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.

  • Perform any other call center-related tasks assigned by the management.
