Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to assigned leads or contact lists to conduct surveys.
Each survey call may last 15–20 minutes, so patience and strong communication skills are required.
Follow the provided communication scripts and company guidelines to maintain professionalism and consistency.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume, call quality, and conversions.
Ensure a minimum of 10 successful calls per day after Quality Control (QC) approval.
Maintain punctuality and strictly follow the daily work schedule.
Follow company protocols regarding data handling, privacy, and confidentiality.
Report any issues, challenges, or irregularities to the supervisor or management promptly.
