Responsibilities & Context:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into course enrollments.
Achieve daily and monthly admission targets.
Maintain proper communication and follow-up records.
Provide professional information about training courses, fees, schedules, and facilities.
Support the institute’s overall sales and enrollment objectives.

Performance & Benefits:
* Daily Admission Target Incentive: BDT 500 per day upon achieving the assigned daily admission target.
* Monthly Target Achievement Bonus: Up to 100% of the monthly basic salary upon achieving the assigned monthly target.
* Eid Bonus: After completing 1 year of service, 25% of monthly salary will be provided on each of the two Eids.
* Annual Salary Increment: 5% annually, subject to company policy and performance.
* Paid Annual Leave: 7 days per year.
