Recognized Professional Certification/Training in Hairdressing & Hair Styling, including Hair Cutting, Coloring and Chemical Services, will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:

1. Conduct professional and engaging theoretical and practical training sessions in accordance with the institute’s curriculum and standards.

2. Maintain a positive, disciplined, and professional learning environment throughout all training sessions.

3. Conduct practical assessments, examinations, and performance evaluations while maintaining accurate and confidential student records.

4. Prepare and maintain training reports, assessment sheets, attendance records, and other required academic documentation.

5. Provide regular classroom briefings, demonstrations, guidance, and constructive feedback to students.

6. Monitor students’ learning progress, practical skills, attendance, and overall performance on a regular basis.

7. Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with students regarding classes, assessments, schedules, and training requirements.

8. Ensure all training activities are conducted according to the institute’s professional standards, procedures, and quality requirements.
