Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc in Nursing) from a recognized institution.

• MSc in Nursing / MPH / relevant postgraduate degree will be preferred.

• Must have a valid registration with the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).

• Sound knowledge of BNMC regulations, nursing education standards, academic procedures, and relevant university requirements.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Age At least 26 years

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Nursing Education, Teaching, and Academic Administration.

• Candidates with 5–7 years of relevant experience will be preferred.

• Previous experience as Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, Course Coordinator, Head of Department, or in a similar leadership position will be an added advantage.

• Experience in academic compliance, institutional development, affiliation, inspection, and coordination with regulatory authorities will be highly preferred.

A Reputed College is seeking a qualified, experienced, dynamic, and visionary professional for the position of Principal to provide academic leadership and oversee the overall administrative operations of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall academic and administrative operations of PMK Nursing College.

• Ensure academic activities comply with BNMC and relevant University regulations and guidelines.

• Supervise curriculum implementation, class schedules, academic calendars, examinations, and academic records.

• Lead and coordinate teaching faculty and ensure effective academic performance.

• Supervise students' academic progress, attendance, discipline, and overall student affairs.

• Coordinate with hospitals and clinical facilities to ensure effective clinical training and placement.

• Provide leadership in faculty recruitment, development, training, and performance evaluation.

• Maintain effective communication and coordination with BNMC, affiliated University, clinical partners, and other relevant authorities.

• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

• Drive academic quality improvement and institutional development initiatives.

• Prepare regular academic and administrative reports for the Management.

• Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Management for the development of the institution.
