Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to assigned leads or contact lists and conduct surveys.
Each survey call may last 15–20 minutes, so patience is a must.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines to maintain professionalism and consistency.
Achieve daily/monthly targets for call volume, call quality, and conversion.
Maintain punctuality and adhere to the daily work schedule.
Follow company protocols for data handling, privacy, and confidentiality.
Report any issues, challenges, or irregularities to the supervisor promptly.
