Technical Skills

  • Technical Requirement: Own Laptop/PC, Headphone, & Good and stable Internet connection.

  • Survey Calling to potential clients
  • Meeting daily call target
  • Collecting and filtering information
  • Proper Working environment.
  • Immediately Available

Regular working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, totaling 9 hours, which includes a 1-hour break.



Job Other Benifits:
  • Salary Review: Yearly
    • The daily pay rate is ৳300 (Three Hundred Taka).

    • Salaries are processed and paid after the 10th to 15th of the following month via the designated payment method.

    • Employees who maintain regular attendance and log in on time every working day will receive a monthly attendance bonus of ৳1,200.

    • The following conditions will make an employee ineligible for the attendance bonus:

      • More than 3 instances of late login, early logout, or half-day attendance in a month.

      • Any unauthorized absence without prior approval.

    • The attendance bonus will be added to the monthly salary if all conditions are met.

    Friday will be a weekly holiday. Government holidays will be observed only if the workload allows. In the case of high operational demand, employees may be required to work on government holidays.
