Responsibilities & Context:
  • Make outbound calls to assigned leads or contact lists.

  • Ensure punctuality and adherence to daily work schedules.

  • Maintain call quality and professionalism throughout interactions.

  • Follow company protocols for data handling and confidentiality.

  • Report any challenges or irregularities to the supervisor promptly.

  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.

  • Achieve daily/monthly targets for call volume, quality, and conversion
