Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Receive inbound customer calls and respond professionally.

• Promote the company's products or services over the phone.

• Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly.

• Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.

• Follow up with prospective customers to achieve sales targets.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
