We are UK-based recruitment agency helping businesses find the right talent quickly and efficiently. We're growing our outbound team and looking for driven, well-spoken individuals to join us as Recruitment Agents / Lead Generation Consultants — no office required, work from wherever you're most productive.

The Role

As a Recruitment Agent / Lead Generation Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact between our agency and prospective UK-based clients. Working entirely from home, you'll make outbound calls to introduce our recruitment services, generate new business leads, and build the pipeline that drives our growth.

This is a target-driven, conversation-heavy role suited to someone confident on the phone, comfortable with rejection, and motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK-based businesses to introduce our recruitment services

• Identify and qualify potential clients with hiring needs

• Build and maintain a pipeline of warm leads for the sales/recruitment team

• Clearly explain our services and handle initial client questions and objections

• Book qualified appointments/consultations for senior consultants or account managers

What We're Looking For

• Excellent spoken English, with a clear, professional telephone manner

• Previous experience in Call centre /BPO , outbound calling, telesales, lead generation, or recruitment

• Availability to work UK business hours

• Computer proficiency – Excel  

• Experience in call centre /BPO with strong spoken English

• Working Hour UK Time 9 am to 5pm (Monday to Friday ) - BD time 2 pm to 10 pm ( Monday to Friday )
