Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer to join our team at Fame IT Networks Ltd. in Banani, Dhaka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls and managing customer communications across our digital platforms, specifically Facebook and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to engage with prospective and existing customers.

● Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to customer queries via Facebook and WhatsApp text messages.

● Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.

● Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure their needs are met.

Employment Status: Full Time

Educational Background

● Graduate from any University.

● No current student.

● Freshers are highly encouraged.

Additional Requirements

● Gender: Female preferred.

● Strong typing skills for fast and accurate chat responses.

● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

● Familiarity with handling social media messaging (Facebook, WhatsApp) for business.

● Ability to maintain a polite and professional tone during high volume periods.

Job Location: Work from Office: Banani, Dhaka

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (6 days a week)

Salary and Compensation

● Salary: 16,000 to 20,000 BDT per Month

● Training: Paid Training Period

● Probation Period: 3 Months
