What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in facility maintenance, property management, or a diverse handyman/trade role.
• Technical Toolkit: Strong, practical knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing (specifically experience with water line replacements).
• Physical Dexterity: Fully proficient with power tools (drills, saws, etc.) and comfortable handling physically demanding tasks.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to quickly diagnose issues and implement effective, long-term solutions.
• Adaptability: Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
• Certifications: A trade license or certification in electrical work or plumbing is a significant plus.

Unlike traditional desk-bound management roles, this position is for a true problem-solver who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, diagnose an issue, and fix it on the spot.

Key Responsibilities

• Routine & Emergency Maintenance: Perform day-to-day repairs and preventative maintenance across the facility to ensure zero downtime.
• Electrical Work: Troubleshoot electrical issues, replace fixtures, fix wiring, and ensure all electrical systems comply with safety standards.
• Plumbing & Utility Care: Handle essential plumbing tasks, including water line replacements, fixing leaks, and maintaining drainage systems.
• General Handyman Tasks: Execute structural tasks including drilling, mounting equipment, repairing fixtures, and basic carpentry.
• Vendor & Asset Management: Oversee external contractors when specialized work is required, manage maintenance logs, and keep inventory of tools and spare parts.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure the facility meets all health, safety, and building code requirements.
