Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of PBX systems (VoIP, IP PBX, Cloud PBX)
Knowledge of VoIP technologies (SIP, DID, IVR, Call Routing)
Familiarity with CRM software
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Basic troubleshooting of telecom services
Customer Service Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Professional email writing
Customer relationship management
Handling customer inquiries and complaints
Active listening and problem-solving
Account Management Skills:
Managing customer accounts
Processing orders and service requests
Preparing quotations and invoices
Following up on renewals and payments
Maintaining accurate customer records
Sales & Business Skills:
Upselling telecom services
Negotiation skills

Team collaboration
