Social Media Strategy তৈরি
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube ইত্যাদির জন্য মার্কেটিং পরিকল্পনা তৈরি।
মাসিক/সাপ্তাহিক content plan ও campaign calendar তৈরি।
Content Management
পোস্ট, ছবি, ভিডিও, Reels, Stories-এর পরিকল্পনা ও প্রকাশনা।
Graphic designer/video editor-এর সঙ্গে কাজ করা।
ব্র্যান্ডের tone ও visual identity বজায় রাখা।
Page Management
Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn page পরিচালনা।
Comments, inbox ও customer queries-এর উত্তর দেওয়ার ব্যবস্থা করা।
Negative comments বা customer complaints professionally handle করা।
