🎓 Educational Requirements:
Diploma in Architecture
🕑 Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
2–3 years preferred
🧾 Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Drawing: Assist in conceptual and detailed architectural design. Interior design,Prepare working drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
3. Web & Social Media Content: Update and maintain the company’s digital platforms with posts about ongoing and completed projects.
4. Site Supervision: Conduct routine site visits to ensure design implementation matches approved drawings/specifications.
5. Client Meetings: Participate in client meetings, take notes, and follow up on deliverables and project communications.
💻 Skills & Software Expertise:
AutoCAD
SketchUp
Adobe Photoshop
Microsoft Word
(Additional skills like Lumion, Revit, or Illustrator will be considered a plus)
