🐾 Your Responsibilities:

• Greet clients — furry and human — with genuine warmth
• Manage appointment scheduling for veterinary and grooming services
• Professionally handle calls, messages, and inquiries
• Maintain and update client/patient records
• Ensure operational efficiency and smooth workflow
• Work collaboratively with multiple departments (vets, inventory, support teams)
• Manage billing and basic administrative tasks
• Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and welcoming

🐾 We’re Looking For:

• Experience in customer service/front desk roles (preferred)
• Strong communication in Bangla & English
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, scheduling tools)
• Friendly, calm, patient personality—especially with pets
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• A genuine love for animals ❤️
