Customer Success Manager
Full-Time | In-House | Night Shift
We're looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager with 1 to 2 years of experience in Call Centers, BPOs, Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales, Telemarketing, or Cold Calling.
Requirements:
> Excellent English communication skills
> Experience handling customer calls, sales, or cold calling campaigns
> Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
> Comfortable using computers and business tools
> Basic knowledge of SaaS, AI, APIs, or technology products is a plus
> Must be available for night shifts
What You'll Do:
> Support and onboard customers
> Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
> Conduct follow-up, sales, and cold calls when needed
> Work with our product team to ensure customer success
Salary: ৳15,000 to ৳25,000 (Based on experience)
