BIGSHOT Fashion is looking for a responsible, organized, and customer-focused team member to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries professionally through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Assist customers with product information, sizing, pricing, order placement, and after-sales support.
Follow up with customers to increase order confirmation and sales conversion.
Maintain a polite, professional, and solution-oriented approach in all customer communications.
Coordinate with the customer service and operations team to ensure smooth order processing.
Escalate customer complaints or special cases to the appropriate team when required.
Maintain accurate customer records and update order information in the required software, ERP, or Google Sheets.
Identify customer concerns and provide timely, appropriate solutions.
Requirements
Honors/Graduation completed.
Age: 22 to 30 years (Male).
Minimum 1–1.5 years of experience in social media moderation, customer support, telesales, or any clothing/fashion brand (Highly Preferred).
Excellent written Bangla and basic English communication skills.
Comfortable using Facebook Business Suite, Messenger, WhatsApp, and smartphone applications.
Fast typing skills with strong attention to detail.
Calm, polite, and professional communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Able to perform under occasional work pressure in the clothing business.
Candidates living in or around Khilgaon, Dhaka will be given preference.
Employment Details & Benefits
Probation Period: 3 Months
Lunch provided by the office
Salary: 9,000 to 13,000 BDT per month (based on experience) for 3 months probation period
Yearly 2 Eid bonuses (Applicable upon completion of a total of 7 months)
