Responsibilities & Context:
গ্রাহকদের ফোন কল, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp ও অন্যান্য মাধ্যমে প্রাপ্ত বার্তার উত্তর প্রদান।
ইন্টারনেট প্যাকেজ, বিলিং ও সেবাসংক্রান্ত তথ্য প্রদান।
গ্রাহকদের অভিযোগ গ্রহণ ও সমাধান না হওয়া পর্যন্ত ফলো-আপ করা।
জটিল সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে NOC ও টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট টিমের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করা।
গ্রাহকদের তথ্য ও অভিযোগ সিস্টেমে সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা।
সর্বোচ্চ মানের গ্রাহকসেবা নিশ্চিত করা।
