We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team long term. Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and messages promptly and professionally
Assist passengers with booking, inquiries, and ride-related issues
Remain calm and empathetic while handling stressful or escalated situations
Effectively manage and diffuse conflicts with professionalism
Coordinate with drivers and dispatch rides efficiently
Maintain accurate records and update trip details in real time
