As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic, energetic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Tele Sales Representative to join our team. The selected candidate will play an important role in boosting sales, following up with existing customers, generating repeat orders, and collecting valuable customer feedback.

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products, offers, and ongoing campaigns.

• Follow up with customers who have shown interest in products and convert leads into confirmed orders.

• Boost repeat sales by maintaining regular communication with existing customers.

• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, delivery, and order status.

• Identify customer complaints or service issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of customer calls, follow-ups, orders, and feedback.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Mobile bill,Performance bonus
