City Cab Palm Springs has been serving the Palm Springs community since 2008, providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services. We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team long term. Our company has a laid-back, supportive environment, but we value professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and messages promptly and professionally

• Assist passengers with booking, inquiries, and ride-related issues

• Remain calm and empathetic while handling stressful or escalated situations

• Effectively manage and diffuse conflicts with professionalism

• Coordinate with drivers and dispatch rides efficiently

• Maintain accurate records and update trip details in real time

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (speaking, listening, and typing)

• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute

• Reliable high-speed internet connection (with mobile data backup)

• A computer with sufficient specifications to handle at least 12 browser tabs and 3 applications simultaneously

• Ability to stay composed under pressure and handle difficult customer interactions calmly

• Strong empathy and problem-solving skills

• English medium background preferred (not mandatory)

• Prior experience in customer service or dispatching is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply
