Responsibilities & Context:
গ্রাহকদের ইন্টারনেট সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা শনাক্ত ও সমাধান করা।
টেলিফোন, অনলাইন ও সরাসরি প্রযুক্তিগত সহায়তা প্রদান করা।
Fiber Optic, Router, Switch এবং Network Device কনফিগার ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা।
Network Monitoring ও Performance Analysis করা।
Installation, Maintenance ও Troubleshooting কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।
NOC টিম ও ফিল্ড সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করা।
Service Ticket Management ও Customer Complaint Resolution নিশ্চিত করা।
নেটওয়ার্ক ডাউনটাইম কমিয়ে সেবার মান বজায় রাখা।
প্রয়োজনীয় টেকনিক্যাল রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা।
অফিস ও ফিল্ড উভয় স্থানে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Night Shift-এ কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
