BIGSHOT Fashion is looking for a responsible, organized, and communication-focused team member to join our growing team.
Position: Customer Service Officer
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers over phone with a professionally polite and solution-oriented approach
Conduct outbound calls for sales, customer follow-ups and relationship management
Resolve customer queries, and disputes efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience
Provide timely call support to delivery partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Maintain accurate inventory across software, website & ERP to prevent order errors
All relevant Tele Support & Inventory control
Coordinate effectively with team members to ensure smooth sales operations & customer support
Proactively Identify operational issues and resolve them with patience
Requirements
Honors/Graduation completed
Age: 22 to 30 years. Male
Minimum 1–1.5 years of experience in any clothing/fashion brand or Telesales service (Highly Preferred)
Smooth in using smartphone and apps
Calm, polite, and professional communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
Able to perform under occasional work pressure in the clothing business
Candidates living in or around Khilgaon, Dhaka will be given preference
Employment Details & Benefits:
Probation Period: 3 Months
Lunch Provided by office
Salary: 13,000 BDT to 16,000 BDT for 3 months probation period (based on experience)
Yearly 2 Eid bonuses (Bonus applicable upon completion of total 7 months period)
