Skills Required: Call Center Operation,International Call Center,ITES or BPO industry

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 19 to 28 years
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience is preferred.

  • Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Ability to work in permanent day and night shifts.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Good computer literacy and email handling skills.

  • Candidates with an American, British or Australian accent will receive preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls for appointment scheduling and customer assistance.

  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally via email.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details.

  • Deliver excellent customer service while following process guidelines.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

  • No sales target.
