Pleasant and confident voice with clear speaking tone and proper expression Excellent communication skills in written (Bengali & English) Strong sales and persuasion skills Customer handling, negotiation and relationship management Active listening, problem solving ability and new task adoptability Sound computer proficiency (MS Office & Google Workspace, Facebook, Whatsapp) Basic knowledge on AI model (Chatgpt, Gemini, etc)
Responsibilities & Context:
Respond to customer inquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Email, and other communication channels.
Conduct follow-up calls and messages with prospective customers.
Convert leads into successful sales.
Provide accurate information.
Maintain and update customer records and lead status.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare daily and weekly sales/follow-up reports.
Maintain Social media pages & others
Any other management assigned works.
