Experience:

• HSC (Vocational)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce

• Age 18 to 28 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele sales, Call Center, Customer Service, or Telemarketing.

• Strong communication skills in Bangla.

• Basic computer knowledge and Bangla & English typing skills.

• Good listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Positive attitude with excellent customer handling abilities.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

·       Contact customers through WhatsApp or phone calls.

·       Explain products, offers, and ongoing campaigns.

·       Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

·       Understand customer requirements, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up diligently to close sales. 

·       Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

·       Confirm customer orders accurately.

·       Maintain proper call records and update the CRM system.

·       Deliver excellent customer service during every interaction.
