Responsibilities & Context:
Warmly welcome customers and create a friendly, comfortable shopping environment.
Build a good rapport with customers and understand their needs and preferences.
Assist customers with product selection, sizes, colors, styling, and other queries.
Stay attentive on the showroom floor and ensure customers are being properly attended to.
Ensure customers receive timely assistance and have a smooth shopping experience.
Interact with customers to understand their satisfaction and encourage them to share feedback or suggestions.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer concerns or difficult situations.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service throughout the shopping journey.
Have a good understanding and interest in fashion, current trends, and styling.
