Experience:

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Developer, Call Center, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), E-commerce, Delivery Services Startup
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor/Honors

Handle customer calls and confirm orders.Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.Communicate with customers professionally and provide product information.Follow up on pending and previous orders.Maintain customer and order information accurately.Achieve monthly sales targets.Coordinate with the delivery and customer service teams.

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Developer, Call Center, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), E-commerce, Delivery Services Startup

• Age 20 to 25 years
• Only Male

Requirements:

* Minimum HSC or Bachelor’s degree.

* Excellent communication skills in Bengali with clear and professional speaking ability.

* Basic computer proficiency.

* Previous experience in Telesales or a Call Center will be an added advantage.

* Strong customer service and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contact customers over the phone and provide accurate information about our products.

* Generate sales by receiving orders from new and existing customers.

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Maintain daily call logs, sales records, and performance reports.
