One Voice Tech is looking for highly motivated and fluent English-speaking individuals to join our team as a Telesales / Appointment Setting Specialist.

The selected candidates will be responsible for communicating with customers in the USA, making outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, handling objections, and scheduling qualified appointments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers in the USA using the provided calling system.

• Communicate with US customers in fluent and professional English.

• Follow the provided calling script and company guidelines.

• Understand customer requirements and respond appropriately.

• Schedule qualified appointments based on customer interest.

• Handle customer objections confidently and professionally.

• Maintain accurate call records and customer information.

• Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets.

• Maintain professional communication and a customer-focused attitude.

• Follow company policies, quality standards, and attendance requirements.

Requirements:

• Fluent spoken English is mandatory.

• Excellent English pronunciation, listening, and communication skills.

• Strong confidence in speaking with US customers.

• Ability to communicate naturally and professionally in English.

• Candidates with IELTS, O Level, or A Level qualifications will be preferred.

• Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, call center, or customer service will be an advantage.

• Freshers with excellent English communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Must be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
