💼 𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

• Job Time 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

• Make outbound calls to potential customers throughout the United States.

• Promote janitorial and commercial cleaning services.

• Communicate professionally with prospects using campaign scripts and guidelines.

• Identify customer needs and explain relevant service offerings.

• Generate qualified leads and identify business opportunities.

• Handle customer questions, objections, and follow-ups effectively.

• Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the designated database.

• Follow campaign procedures and maintain professional communication standards.

• Achieve individual and team-based targets and performance KPIs.

• Attend training sessions to improve sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Maintain call quality, professionalism, and customer engagement.
