• Age 19 to 28 years
• Only Male

• Handle customer inquiries through Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, phone calls, and other online platforms.

• Respond to customers quickly and professionally.

• Explain product details, prices, offers, sizes, colors, and availability.

• Convert online inquiries into confirmed sales/orders.

• Take customer orders accurately, including name, phone number, address, product, size, color, and quantity.

• Follow up with customers who showed interest but did not confirm their orders.

• Maintain daily sales and order records.

• Handle customer complaints, returns, exchanges, and other after-sales issues professionally.

• Keep customers updated about order confirmation, delivery status, and payment.

• Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.

• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

• Prepare regular reports on sales, orders, cancellations, and customer inquiries.

• Maintain a professional and positive communication style with customers.
