• Handle customer inquiries through Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, and other online platforms.
• Respond to messages promptly and professionally.
• Convert online inquiries into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and order details.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain good customer relationships.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with the delivery team.
• Maintain sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
