1.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2.Good command of Bangla and English.

3.Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Workspace and WhatsApp Business.

4.Strong client-handling and follow-up skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional behavior.

5.Good organizational and time-management skills.

6.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

7.Positive attitude, smart appearance and professional personality.

1. Communicate professionally with existing and potential clients.

2. Receive client inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, Facebook and other communication channels.

3. Coordinate client meetings, site visits and appointments.

4. Follow up with clients regarding project progress, requirements and feedback.

5. Maintain regular communication between clients, designers, engineers and project teams.

6. Prepare client updates, meeting notes and follow-up reports.

7. Handle client complaints professionally and coordinate with the concerned department for solutions.

8. Maintain proper records of clients and project-related communication.
