Responsibilities & Context:
Inbound ও outbound customer calls পরিচালনা করা।
সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে কোম্পানির পণ্য ও সেবা সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত তথ্য প্রদান করা।
Facebook, Website, WhatsApp ও অন্যান্য সোর্স থেকে আসা লিডের সাথে দ্রুত যোগাযোগ করা।
গ্রাহকের চাহিদা বুঝে সঠিক তথ্য ও সমাধান প্রদান করা।
আগ্রহী গ্রাহকদের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করে CRM/ডাটাবেজে সঠিকভাবে আপডেট করা।
সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের নিয়মিত Follow-up করা এবং Sales/Marketing Team-এর সাথে সমন্বয় করা।
গ্রাহকদের Meeting, Office Visit বা Site Visit-এর জন্য Appointment সেট করা।
দৈনিক Call Report, Lead Report ও Follow-up Report প্রস্তুত ও জমা দেওয়া।
গ্রাহকদের প্রশ্ন, অভিযোগ ও সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে পেশাদারভাবে সহায়তা প্রদান করা।
নির্ধারিত Call Target, Lead Target এবং Appointment Target অর্জনে কাজ করা।
কোম্পানির Call Script ও Communication Guideline অনুসরণ করা।
গ্রাহকের সকল তথ্য গোপনীয়তা ও পেশাদারিত্বের সাথে সংরক্ষণ করা।ইত্যাদি
