Job Overview: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager or Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will make outbound calls to potential customers, promote products/services through social media, and generate sales or appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-centric approach.

Location: Graphical IT Institute, Mohammadpur Bus Stand, Dhaka-1207

Key Responsibilities:

• Facebook Live for Course Explanation. Willing to make promotional content for social media.

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Promote and sell products/services over the phone.

• Explain the benefits and features of the company’s offerings.

• Maintain customer databases and keep records up to date.

• Handle customer inquiries and objections, and provide relevant information.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Follow up with interested prospects and close deals effectively.

• Work closely with the sales team for lead conversion.

• Maintain a professional and courteous approach with customers.

• Keep records of calls and sales performance for reporting.
