Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Telesales, Customer Service & Delivery Management Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.

• Provide customer service, support, and problem resolution.

• Manage delivery operations, identify which orders will be dispatched, which are exchanges, etc.

• Handle deliveryman/parcel queries.

• Provide back-end support to the messaging team.

• Ensure a smooth and accurate order processing flow (separate team available for packing)

Requirements:

• Minimum 8–12 months of experience in similar roles.

• Excellent communication skills and phone-handling ability.

• Strong problem-solving mindset.

• Prior experience in delivery management or e-commerce is an advantage

• Quick learner, responsible, and committed.

• Age: 20–30 (preferred).

• Full-Time Permanent Office Position

• Working Hours: 9 hours/day

• Working Days: 6 days/week
