Job Description / Responsibilities
Handle order placement (Day & Night Shift).
Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries, resolve issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Update stock status regularly and process order cancellation requests (Day & Night Shift).
Perform telesales activities including order follow-up, promotions and customer engagement.
Ensure clear communication and maintain a professional customer service experience.
Maintain daily reports and share updates with team leaders.
