Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Handle order placement (Day & Night Shift).

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries, resolve issues and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Update stock status regularly and process order cancellation requests (Day & Night Shift).

  • Perform telesales activities including order follow-up, promotions and customer engagement.

  • Ensure clear communication and maintain a professional customer service experience.

  • Maintain daily reports and share updates with team leaders.
