Responsibilities & Context:
Provide professional, courteous, and prompt customer service regarding the company's real estate projects and services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients generated through marketing campaigns and other lead sources.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Schedule property visits, meetings, and project presentations with the Sales Team.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients to build strong relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
Update and maintain accurate customer information, lead status, and communication records in the CRM/database.
Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Assist customers with booking procedures, documentation, payment schedules, and after-sales support.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly call, follow-up, and customer service KPIs, and contribute to the company's sales targets.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer interactions, lead status, and service performance.
Work effectively in a team-oriented environment and be willing to work flexible hours when required.
