Responsibilities & Context:
• Generate and manage sales leads through digital marketing, social media platforms, referrals, and other marketing channels.
• Contact prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
• Arrange and conduct site visits, project presentations, and client meetings.
• Provide detailed information regarding project features, pricing, payment plans, and available units.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into successful sales.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of bookings and documentation.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies for real estate projects.
