We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our dealer and retail sales network in the water purifier sector. This role requires proven expertise in dealer development, retail network management, and secondary sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG, manufacturing, import-based companies, or the electrical/electronics and water sector, with a track record of driving revenue growth through distribution channels.
Dealer & Retail Network Development: Identify, appoint, and manage dealers and retailers to strengthen distribution channels.
Secondary Sales Growth: Drive consistent growth through effective dealer support, retail activation, and market coverage.
Sales Target Achievement: Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met across dealer and retail networks.
Market Expansion: Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase product reach.
Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with dealers, retailers, and stakeholders.
Training & Motivation: Provide product knowledge, sales training, and motivation to dealer and retail teams.
Promotional Activities: Coordinate local promotions, offers, and campaigns with dealers and retailers.
Inventory & Supply Management: Ensure timely product delivery and manage stock levels effectively.
Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on dealer performance, retail sales, and market feedback.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in dealer and retailer sales.
Practical experience in secondary sales growth, dealer development, and retail network management.
Minimum 3 years of successful experience in an Area Manager or equivalent position.
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, import-based companies, or the electrical/electronics and water sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
