Experience:

JSK Travels is seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented, and result-driven Marketing for Ticketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling airline reservations, ticket issuance, travel consultation, and expanding the company’s client base through effective marketing and business development initiatives. The position requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and a sound understanding of the travel industry.
The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth travel arrangements for corporate and individual clients while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Candidates having experience in airline ticketing, visa processing, tour package sales, or corporate travel management will be given preference.
Handle domestic and international airline reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary modifications.
Operate Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, or Travelport efficiently.
Provide customers with accurate airfare quotations, travel itineraries, baggage information, airline policies, and travel-related advice.
Assist clients with visa support services, hotel reservations, holiday packages, travel insurance, airport transfers, and other travel-related services.
Promote the company’s travel products and services to corporate clients, travel agents, institutions, and individual customers.
Develop new business opportunities through direct marketing, field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and online marketing activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate and retail clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via telephone, email, social media platforms, WhatsApp, and walk-in visitors.
Prepare travel quotations, invoices, booking confirmations, travel vouchers, and other required travel documentation accurately.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, embassies, and other travel partners for smooth travel arrangements.
Monitor airline promotional fares, travel regulations, route updates, and industry changes to provide the best travel solutions.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the organization.
Maintain proper records of reservations, client communications, payments, and travel documents.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, booking reports, and marketing activity reports for management.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure timely follow-up until complete customer satisfaction is achieved.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company business data.
Perform any other ticketing, marketing, or administrative duties assigned by management.
