Experience Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Operations, Sales, Client Service, Team Coordination, Field Operations or a similar role.
• Strong ownership mentality, energy and willingness to take responsibility.
• Ability to coordinate people, solve problems and work in a fast-moving environment.
• Good Bangla communication skills and reasonably strong practical English communication skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and digital tools; familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT will be an advantage.
• Interest in learning technical aspects of the company's services.
• Physically active and willing to travel or visit sites when required.
• Ability to ride a motorcycle will be an advantage, but a driving licence is not mandatory.
• Candidates comfortable with residential work arrangements and staying close to the operational team will receive preference.
• We are looking for someone interested in building a long-term career and eventually taking on a larger leadership role.

Company Overview:

Healthy Tank BD is a growing service organization working in water tank cleaning, maintenance, repair and rebuilding services. We are looking for an energetic, responsible and growth-minded Business Development Manager who can take ownership of business growth while coordinating day-to-day operations and field teams.

This is not a desk-only position. The selected candidate will work closely with the owner and will have the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role as the organization expands.

Job Location:

Meradia–Trimohoni area, Dhaka. Free residential accommodation is available. Candidates comfortable staying close to the operational team will receive preference.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities, especially corporate/B2B clients.
• Follow up with and reactivate existing customers from the company's customer database.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with clients and coordinate billing and payment-related
• activities.
• Coordinate and supervise technicians, drivers and day-to-day field operations.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of additional technicians when required.
• Maintain communication with customers and handle operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate with freelancers or service providers for website, SEO, digital marketing, CRM or AI-based customer communication when required.
• Use Excel/Google Sheets and relevant digital/AI tools for customer follow-up, reporting and business operations.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits when necessary
• Support business expansion opportunities, including specialized tank repair/rebuilding and relevant institutional or corporate markets.
• Handle a variety of operational tasks required in a growing organization and take ownership of solving problems rather than waiting for instructions.
• Report directly to the Owner.
