Responsibilities & Context:
Sales & Business Development: Find new clients, pitch technical products, and meet monthly sales goals.
Installation & Commissioning: Set up new analyzers or training at client sites.
Technical Support & Repair: Diagnose equipment failures, run routine checks, fix operational issues and preventive maintenance.
Client Training: Teach customer teams how to use and care for equipment safely.
Reporting: Log service calls, track client visits, and report sales progress.
