Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee our electronics showroom. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for technology, and a proven track record in retail management. This role involves driving sales performance, managing a team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain showroom standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive team culture.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer loyalty.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and operational activities for management review.
