Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage overall branch sales & operations.
Achieve monthly sales, collection and profitability targets.
Drive retail sales, corporate sales and customer acquisition.
Manage and motivate the branch sales team.
Develop strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.
Monitor daily sales performance, follow-up and conversion.
Ensure proper showroom presentation, merchandising and discipline.
Manage inventory coordination, product movement and branch activities.
Prepare sales reports and implement effective sales strategies.
Must Expirence in Electronics Business
