Sales & Revenue Generation

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and unit sales targets for the team.

• Track sales executive key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead conversion rates.

• Launch local marketing, corporate outreach, and promotional campaigns.

• Research competitor pricing, local market trends, and electronic product demand.

Showroom Operations & Merchandising

• Oversee daily opening routines, staff attendance, and morning strategy briefings.

• Enforce strict product presentation, pricing accuracy, and visual merchandising guidelines.

• Keep the display floor clean, welcoming, organized, and professionally styled.

• Audit and maintain functional demo units for laptops, TVs, and major home appliances.

Stock & Inventory Management

• Requisition inventory and coordinate directly with warehouses or central supply chains.

• Conduct routine stock verifications and audits to minimize inventory shrinkage.

• Prevent stockouts on highly demanded or newly launched electronic devices.

Team Leadership & Training

• Build duty rosters, manage employee leaves, and assign specific floor zones.

• Coach sales staff on technical product specs, financing options, and soft skills.

• Evaluate team performance and cultivate a highly motivated, target-driven work culture.

Financial Administration & Compliance

• Manage daily point-of-sale (POS) operations, billing systems, and payment collections.

• Deposit all cash and digital collections into the bank before close of banking hours.

• Secure all branch cash, digital devices, and high-value physical assets in vaults overnight.

• Keep localized tax documents, VAT books, and regulatory registers updated daily.

Customer Experience & After-Sales Support

• Address high-priority customer complaints and handle escalation inquiries smoothly.

• Coordinate item deliveries, product installations, and manufacturer warranty claims.

• Gather customer feedback to improve local store service and layout choices.
