Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market visits, networking, referrals, and other sales activities.
- Visit factories, industries, manufacturing plants, and commercial establishments to understand customer requirements and promote company products.
- Present and explain technical product features, applications, benefits, and solutions to customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and follow up with customers to close sales.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Regularly follow up on quotations, pending orders, payments, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with the Engineering, Accounts, Store, and Management teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, quotations, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Develop new customer accounts while maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Collect market information, monitor competitors, and identify emerging customer needs and business opportunities.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the relevant departments to provide timely solutions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update management on sales performance, market developments, and business opportunities.
- Perform other sales and marketing-related duties assigned by the management.
