Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

The Key Account Manager – Corporate Channel Partner Onboarding is responsible for developing and expanding the company’s corporate channel partner network by identifying, acquiring, onboarding, and managing strategic partners across the country. The role drives sustainable business growth by enabling the successful implementation and adoption of corporate collection and payment solutions, strengthening partner relationships, and ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position is accountable for driving transaction volume, revenue growth, partner productivity, and service quality while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and established service standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and activate Corporate Channel Partners and Alternative Distributors across assigned territories.

  • Develop and execute channel expansion strategies to grow the corporate partner network and increase market coverage.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, key decision-makers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Drive the adoption of corporate collection, payment, and digital financial solutions through strategic partnerships.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for partner onboarding, activation, transaction volume, and revenue.

  • Coordinate partner onboarding activities, including KYC verification, due diligence, agreement execution, and system activation.

  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, Finance, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless implementation and service delivery.

  • Monitor partner performance through regular business reviews and implement action plans to improve productivity, transaction growth, and partner engagement.

  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights to strengthen the corporate distribution network.

  • Conduct partner training, provide ongoing business support, and resolve operational or service-related issues in a timely manner.

  • Prepare and present business reports, sales forecasts, pipeline updates, performance dashboards, and management presentations.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards while maintaining high service quality.
