Lead and manage the Retail & Dealer Sales Division to achieve organizational sales objectives.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Supervise, mentor, and motivate showroom managers and retail sales teams to maximize performance.
Monitor and ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations across all showrooms and sales locations.
Optimize inventory management, stock replenishment, and inventory control.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
Prepare and execute effective sales plans within approved budgets and timelines.
Collect and verify required documents from prospective customers.
Prepare monthly sales reports and provide regular performance feedback to management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
Conduct regular visits to Government and Non-Government organizations to expand the corporate customer base.
Ensure continuous communication and excellent customer service to maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with the Brand and Marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales initiatives.
Identify, recruit, and develop new dealers and franchise partners.
Develop and implement strategies to strengthen and expand the dealer network.
Prepare and manage dealer agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
Evaluate dealer performance based on sales volume, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Plan dealer expansion, restructuring, or rationalization based on market demand.
Monitor dealer inventory, order processing, and timely product delivery.
Ensure effective implementation of CRM initiatives and customer engagement programs at the dealer level.
Monitor dealer incentive programs, discounts, promotional activities, and marketing expenditures.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of furniture products and market trends.
